Your Work or Study Area May Be Hurting You?


In an article on Business Week, Katherine Trezise, president of the Institute for Challenging Disorganization states that workspace clutter is a “tremendous waste of productivity.” 

According to The Daily Mail, on the other hand, researchers from Germany say that people surrounded by chaos think more clearly--think Albert Einstein. 

Both sides appear to have a point. 

A messy desk may actually make people ill! The condition, BBC reports, is called Irritable Desk Syndrome. Apparently, the long working hours, cluttered environment, and poor posture lead to persistent discomfort and eventually chronic pain.
